Rusta has applied AI to be able to communicate more effectively with its customers. Through their artificial intelligence engine KITT (named after David Hasselhof’s car in Knight Rider), they were able to optimize their recommendations to their customers.
This AI helped them qualify which customers would receive a specific offer.
When Rusta added Mosaic Lifestyles from InsightOne, they were able to use their AI to optimize their ODR marketing. With their AI, they were able to reduce ODR volumes and at the same time increase the efficiency of their marketing. Lower costs, increased sales of course means better ROI and higher growth!
